We wanted to respect and pay homage to the local culture by creating a menu focused on shared dishes (tapas concept). Our menu is a symphony of tastes, each dish crafted to showcase the vibrant and diverse ingredients sourced from local farmers and markets. From patatas bravas with a twist to succulent Iberian ham, every bite tells a story of the region, at the same time using influences from our chef's travels around the globe.
